Biomoles’ patented SuperSpin Plasmid Purification Kits are able to rapidly isolate transfection grade plasmid DNA with utmost yields. The SuperSpin filter columns are made from special silica-based membranes and contain selectively binding materials that are able to bind nucleic acid only without protein contamination. The binding capacity of these columns are 50% or higher than that from the other suppliers which are beneficial to low copy plasmid. A simple bind-wash-elute protocol requires less than 30 minutes. The purified DNA can be used directly for cell transfection, cloning, sequencing, PCR, and in vitro transcription without further processing requirement. The kit is suitable for DNA ranges from 1,000bp to 100kb. SuperSpin Plasmid Purification Kits are available in mini, medi, and maxi sizes. The binding capacity of each SpinColumn is 40µg, 120 µg, and 550 µg respectively.
